Welcome to my website
I am a qualified and widely experienced Person Centred counsellor, offering personal counselling and psychotherapy, and professional supervision.
I am based near Honiton in East Devon, and close to the borders with Dorset and Somerset.
You may be depressed, bereaved, anxious, angry, stressed, lacking confidence - unable to cope and feeling overwhelmed.
These painful emotions could be current concerns, relationship issues, or experiences from the past.
Counselling is about talking through difficulties in a place where you are cared for and respected.
It is my intention is to build a genuine counselling relationship of trust, whereby you feel supported, heard and enabled to explore your thoughts and feelings.
To undertake counselling is a courageous step.
