Counselling appointments with Sue Prowse

Appointments:         

• I offer an initial appointment, at a reduced rate, so that we have an opportunity to meet and for you to get a feel for the way I work. It also provides an opportunity for you to explore counselling - what you need, why you believe it may help and to ask any questions as well as find out whether you wish to continue. 

• Before counselling starts we will form an agreement to include method, duration, fees and confidentiality.  

• Usually sessions are for an hour and are at weekly intervals.  

• The number of sessions will depend on your individual needs.

• My hourly rates are £35 for individuals and £50 for couples.  (I am happy to discuss flexible rates)
